We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Privacy requests (GDPR/CCPA) are answered within 30 days as required by law, usually much faster.
What to write to us about
- Report a calculator bug — tell us the tool name, the exact inputs you used, and what you expected vs. saw. Screenshots help.
- Request a tool — if you need a computation we don’t have, describe your use case; the best tools on this site came from user requests.
- Correct our content — if a formula, rate assumption, or cited figure looks wrong, send the source and we will re-review the page.
- Privacy & data requests — see our Privacy Policy for details; email is the fastest channel.
- Embeds & partnerships — our calculators can be embedded on advisor, CPA, and publisher sites; ask for the snippet.
Before you write
If a tool behaved unexpectedly, try a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) first — we ship fixes continuously. If a page failed to load, include the URL and your browser. And if you just want more tools in a category, say that too: the roadmap is driven by demand.
