Flappy Bird — How to Play & Fly Further
Goal: tap to flap and guide the bird through gaps between pipes. One touch ends the run; your score is the number of pipes passed.
Three flying tips
- Tap in a steady rhythm — small, regular taps keep the bird near the middle of the screen instead of yo-yoing.
- Look at the gap, not the bird. Aim your attention one pipe ahead; your peripheral vision handles the bird.
- Enter gaps from below. Rising into a gap is more forgiving than descending: gravity helps you fall out of trouble faster than flapping can lift you into it.
FAQ
What is a good Flappy score?
Ten pipes is the casual wall; 25+ puts you in the top tier of casual players; runs past 50 are rhythm-mastery territory.
Why do I keep hitting the top of pipes?
Over-flapping. Count your taps — most players tap twice when once keeps the line.
